How exciting, My brother-in-law and his partner had there 3rd child yesterday. Both mother and baby are doing well.
Having a new baby girl in the family is a great excuse to head to the shops and look at all things PINK. I love PINK.
With so much cute stuff out there for girls I found it to hard to pick a gift. So I settled on some cute little socks and decided to set about making them look exciting.
Baby sock Cupcakes. x
As my husband is now based in Germany he is off to Holland this weekend to welcome little Poppy into the family.
My gift will travel out with my In-laws tomorrow. As for me I am waiting for a photo, my cuddle will have to wait. : (
Please feel sorry for me LOL x

Cards from pen pals
As promised here are some of the cards I have received from my pen pals.
The first set of cards are by the very talented Diane C in Australia. Her dream is to have her work published sadly she sees her work through different eyes to me.
Every card I have ever received from her is fantastically stunning. All so beautiful and perfectly presented. Far better than many I have seen published. I wish she would enter some for publishing. I am sure her dream would come true.
See for yourself.
I keep telling her she is fantastic at making cards.
Please leave her a comment I shall pass them all on.
I shall post some cards received from America next.
Until then thanks for looking x x

I am still here
Hello bloggers.
Thought I best post some cards in fear you thought I had vanished off the face of the earth.
I have been busy but other than wedding stuff that I will post at a later date not much crafting has been done.
I had a wonderful surprise the other day when I came home to a parcel from a pen pal in America.
She sent me the most wonderful gift completely out of the blue. I am Such a lucky girl and totally thrilled.
This being the 6th letter still unanswered from pen pals in America, Canada and Australia it was about time I wrote my reply's and set about making some cards to send them, before more arrive.
These are the cards I made. I shall try and share some of the many cards I have recieved from them over the past couple of years,.
It is a great way to share ideas with crafters around the world via snail mail.
I love snail mail.x

Mothers Day
Last Tuesday I went to Sharons Stampin boutique where we worked on Mothers Day gifts.
We made a beautiful card that looks quilted. I love it!

We also stamped a lovely candle to match.
Then there is this cute little bag with bath fizzers inside.
So Mum can run a relaxing bath, light the candle and enjoy some time to herself after a long hard day of being Mum.
I hope my mum will like it. x
